PILING
Geotech Foundations has its major stake in piling and foundations, partnered with over 3 organisation sourcing technologies services and equipments from over 3 countries has led us in fulfilling the dreams of many an investor for both commercial and domestic needs. Our primary focus is delivering quality foundations beyond any other and all out perseverance is driven towards completion of work on time every time.
SOIL TESTING
Soil test wing of Geotech foundation is managed by a panel of experts familiar with local terrain, the composition and depth of the bearing layer for foundation development. Most pile foundations locally encounter deposits in the soil and also, since pile capacities are based on soil parameter, it is essential as a first step to obtain full information on the type, size, length and capacity of piles.
LOAD TESTING
For a safe foundation to perform as desired the ultimate strength of each pile must fulfil both structural and geotechnical limits present. A pile load test is a direct method of determining the ultimate geotechnical capacity of a pile. Dynamic load testing (PDA-measurement) is a fast and reliable way to evaluate the bearing capacity of a pile.
